1. Wear gloves as nettles can cause a stinging feeling when it touches your skin.
2. Make sure the plant material is clean and all debris and soil are washed off.
3. Cut in small pieces, add alcohol and blend until liquid becomes a solution.
4. Transfer to a wide mouth jar, add bay leaves and seal and steep for 2 weeks, under a window sill, shaking everyday.
5. Strain and filter to separate the pulp from the liquid.
6. Pour into a dark, clean and dry bottle.
7. Add the cider vinegar, castor oil, wheatgerm oil and rosemary oil.
